We will start with a tour of our CAVE (Computer Augmented Virtual Environment) and a short presentation from one of our experts on the subject of smart cities. After a short lunch break, we will explore the topic of Design thinking and the domains of Brussels as a smart city (mobility, environment, communal services, well-being, governance, society) and share and discuss your personal experiences and opinions in several exercises to map out needs and insights on the current situation.
