Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases and projects are proliferating in public and private organizations. Leadership of these projects often eludes those without technical expertise who are the subject matter experts. In addition, many projects proceed without incorporating ethical, legal, or environmental considerations from the design phase.
This one-day training provides methodologies, frameworks, and tools to effectively lead responsible AI projects within organizations, from opportunity identification to deployment.
